Creation ABC

Our amazing adventure began in a small office in the Créteil business incubator. James Christian BANYGroup founder, and his partner a new concept revolutionizing the hygiene and beauty aisles of supermarket chains which combines long-established beauty accessory ranges with top-quality international renown and a merchandising concept to showcase products.

Creation of a subsidiary in Poland

To support our French customers in Poland, we chose to set up in Warsaw. A successful choice that has enabled us to forge excellent partnerships with local and international distribution chains.

Creation of a subsidiary in Belgium

Belgium and Luxembourg are key markets, naturally close to France in terms of culture and consumer expectations. Our long-standing partner brands are firmly established there, and we have forged lasting links with local brands. Together, we're developing pleasure shopping in drugstores, by meeting the specific expectations of Belgian and Luxembourg consumers.

Launch of private labels

Our expertise in the beauty market, from major French and international companies (retailers, selective and mass-market chains), trust us to develop their own brands. We provide them with comprehensive support, from the concept to the implementation of the range at the point of sale. We are recognized for our advisory role and our ability to develop complete ranges within tight deadlines.

Creation of a subsidiary in Spain

Established for many years in Spain through a distributor, our expansion in the country and our commercial development with Portugal led us to create our subsidiary in Madrid.

Acquisition of Paglieri and creation of ABC Italia

The integration of Paglieri into the ABC Group seals many years of collaboration. Initially a shareholder in the Group at the time of its creation, then a distributor, the ABC Group naturally bought out Paglieri when the company ran into difficulties. ABC Italia boasts an exceptional heritage of brands recognized on the Italian market, such as Apoteke, MB milano, Omnia Botanica and HQ.

Launch of Demeliss

2017 marks a strategic turning point with the diversification of activities and the launch of Demeliss, a brand dedicated to electro-beauty appliances.
It was an immediate success, driven by the iconic straightener Demeliss Titanium, quickly propelled has become a benchmark in the market..

Launch of The Barb'Xpert

Market forerunner, ABC is the first to launch a complete men's concept with The Barb'Xpert. The range offers a 360° offer: accessories, cosmetic care and clippers/razors, to meet all men's grooming needs.

Partnership with Disney

For the launch of The Snow Queen 2, ABC Distribution begins strategic partnership with Disney. This collaboration marks the start of an exceptional adventure in which Disney's iconic universes will come to life in store. From Stitch to Princesses, from The Snow Queen to Cars, the favorite characters of young and old will enchant the shelves.
